In Bunscoil Lughaidh Naofa we aim to educate the children socially, intellectually, emotionally and physically, bearing in mind the differentiation necessary to accommodate the learning capacity of each child.
Deep gratitude is owed to the congregation of the sisters of St. Louis, a community of teaching nuns founded in 1842 by Abbé Bautain in Juilly, near Paris, for the establishment of the first girls’ primary school in Carrickmacross.
In Bunscoil Lughaidh Naofa we aim to educate the children socially, intellectually, emotionally and physically, bearing in mind the differentiation necessary to accommodate the learning capacity of each child. We uphold and promote the catholic ethos of our school at all times while at the same time respecting the diversity of other religions and beliefs.
